Regression Slues and Lifts/Lowers can be formatted by following categories:

Presentation Units and Precision

In Design File Settings and category: Civil Formatting -> Regression Settings, Slues and Lifts/Lowers presentation units and precision can be defined.

Slew Format: Default, will use defined Working Units and its Format. Setting Slew Format set to Sub Unit or Master Unit, will use the unit define for those.

Slew Plan/Profile Precision will set number of decimals.

User Defined Suffix

The dynamic Slues and Lifts/Lowers values can show units as a suffix, by setting the User Preference: Settings -> User -> Preferences -> View Options - Civil -> Regression Display Settings: Show Unit Labels, to True.

Display Units as a Prefix

The dynamic Slues and Lifts/Lowers values can show user defined prefix, by filling in the User Preferences: Settings -> User -> Preferences -> View Options - Civil -> Regression Display Settings: Horizontal Prefix and Vertical Prefix.
